RSE services include Title V permitting, PSD/NSR permitting, BACT, BART, MACT, RACT, BPT, and LAER demonstrations, dispersion and deposition modeling, accidental release modeling, hazard analysis, compliance planning and audits, and emission inventory analysis.

RSE has obtained air licenses, renewals, or amendments for over 25 facilities in Maine and New Hampshire.

RSE compared the air emissions among coal, oil, and nuclear power electric generating stations for a private energy client.

Gorbell/Thermo Electron Power Company; Athens, Maine. Air emissions program review and air licensing of a 16-megawatt biomass electric power generating facility. Work included both pre-construction air licensing and subsequent air license amendments. Work also included PSD/NSR and ambient air quality modeling.
